[NNA] 호이안 구시가지, 입장권 징수 강화

베트남 꽝남성 인민위원회는 4일, 세계유산에 등록되어 있는 호이안 구시가지를 출입하는 관광객들의 입장료 징수를 5월 15일부터 강화한다고 발표했다.
 
시 문화체육정보통신센터에 따르면, 현재 구시가지를 방문하는 관광객은 하루 수천 명에 달하나, 많은 사람들이 입장권을 구매하지 않고 출입하고 있다. 앞으로는 해당지역을 출입하는 통로를 관광객 전용과 주민 전용으로 구분해 관광객에 대해서는 입장권 구매를 엄격하게 관리한다는 방침. 장기체류 관광객은 주민으로 간주하고, 업무상 구시가지를 출입하는 경우 입장권을 구매하지 않아도 된다.

The People’s Committee of Hoi An, Vietnam, announced on May 4 that entrance fees for tourists visiting the ancient town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will be strictly enforced from May 15 onwards. According to the city’s Culture, Sports and Tourism Information and Communication Centre, despite the fact that thousands of tourists visit the town daily, many do not purchase entrance tickets. In the future, the entrances to the town will be divided into tourist-only and resident-only entrances, and tourists will be strictly required to purchase tickets. Long-stay tourists will be considered residents and will not have to purchase tickets when they enter the town for business purposes. The entrance fee for foreign tourists is 120,000 Vietnamese dong (approximately 5 USD or 680 JPY), and 80,000 dong for domestic tourists. The ticket booth is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (9:00 p.m. during winter).
